The role
Residential maintenance: hot water, leaks, blocked drains/stormwater, tapware/toilets
Small gas works (if licensed)
Transparent customer communication: explain options, costs, and next steps
Clean work: tidy set-up, photos/notes, respect the home
Work with dispatch and the team to plan the day properly

What you’ll need (non-negotiables)
Cert III Plumbing
QBCC occupational plumbing/drainage licence (as applicable)
Manual driver licence + White Card
Solid maintenance/service experience
Pride in presentation and clean workmanship
Can communicate like a skilled (customers + team)

7:00–2:30 most days, realistic job loads, local runs
Pay: $50–$60/hr + Bonus incentives + OT as per award (negotiable on experience)
After-hours: huge incentives and fair on call rotation, When on call phone only needs to be on between 4pm-9pm week days and 7am-9pm weekends
Tools & vehicle: late-model take-home vehicle, uniforms, quality gear, tidy systems
Upskilling paid for: TMV, backflow, Type A gas, manufacturer training + a mapped 12‑month development plan
