Job Description:

- Coordinate front office operations, managing patient bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
n
- Assist chairside during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and smooth workflow.
n
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols to uphold our high standards of hygiene.

Location and Hours:

- Monday: 7:15am - 6:15pm
n
- Tuesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
- Wednesday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
- Thursday: 7:45am - 7:15pm
n
- Friday: 7:45am - 6:15pm
n
- Saturday: 7:45am - 4:15pm
n

Role Requirements:

n

n
- Full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), with casual positions available as well.
n
- Proximity to Kew preferred for convenience.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
n




- Ability to thrive in a high-stress setting with a focus on exquisite patient care and accountability.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Accurate phone call handling and patient information recording.
n
- Confident management of medical history forms and data entry.
n
- Assistance with social media updates and content creation.
n
- Leadership in morning huddles and team coordination.
n
- Effective follow-up with patients and meticulous appointment book management.
n
- Management of patient correspondence and lab work tracking.
n
- Invoice entry, stock control, and stringent adherence to sterilization protocols.
n
- Chairside support during dental procedures.
n
