An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Systems Analyst to join a large enterprise environment supporting and enhancing critical finance systems.

Working closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimising and improving Oracle E-Business Suite financial applications while driving process improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
n

- Provide functional and technical support across Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
n
- Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, interface failures and user access concerns.
n
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
n
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
n
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
n
- Support system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality deployments.
n
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, script development and defect management.
n
- Support integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party financial systems.
n
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and training materials.
n
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end users.
n

You'll bring:
n
n
- Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst capacity.
n
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
n
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration and support.
n
- Experience using SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
n
- Understanding of ETL processes and systems integration.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
n
- Ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams.
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
- Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports or BI Publisher experience.
n
- Oracle Cloud ERP migration or transformation experience.
n
- Oracle EBS certifications.
n
- CPA, CMA or related Finance qualifications.
n
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
n
