Job Description

Sales / Administrative Assistant at TEIN Australia Pty Ltd. The primary focus of this role is Sales Assistant duties, working closely with our dealers while assisting with the import and distribution of high-quality suspension products across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The role involves building and maintaining solid dealer relationships, responding to enquiries and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to dealer and end user enquiries about our products
n
- Support the sales team with quotations and order processing — checking stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
n
- Help plan and run marketing activities — trade shows, events, dealer promotions, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
n
- Maintain internal work manuals/process documentation
n
- Support travel arrangements for sales staff and management
n
- Collaborate closely with the sales/admin team and other departments to keep operations running smoothly
n
- Take on other ad hoc tasks to support the Company as needed

About you

- Business-level English (spoken and written)



required; Japanese language ability is desirable.
n
- Must hold a visa that allows long-term/full-time work rights in Australia.
n
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with Xero would be beneficial.
n
- Proactive attitude toward improving work processes.
n
- Solid knowledge of/or experience in the automotive industry, particularly automotive suspension, is strongly preferred.
n
- Experience with social media marketing (e.g. Instagram) would be an advantage.
