Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Demonstrated experience providing senior-level technical support across infrastructure, cloud, network and end-user environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical incidents through to resolution.
- Experience acting as an escalation point for support teams and providing technical guidance to engineers.
- Proven ability to build and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and modern IT environments, including cloud-based platforms and hybrid infrastructure.
- Experience supporting and improving operational processes, documentation standards and service delivery practices.
- Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the optimisation of client environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members to develop their technical capability and confidence.
- A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional service.
