We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Labourer - Civil to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality construction and maintenance works on Council roads, drainage systems, and civil infrastructure.

About the Role

You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards while contributing to a collaborative team workplace. In this role you will:

- Prepare and clear worksites for civil construction and infrastructure projects
- Undertake maintenance and construction of roads, drainage, and associated civil assets
- Perform earthworks, concreting, asphalt works, formwork, and pipe laying
- Operate small plant and equipment (e.g., compactors, rollers) safely and efficiently
- Operate rigid motor vehicles (up to 15 tonnes GVM)
- Implement and manage traffic control procedures to ensure public and worker safety
- Read and interpret construction plans and accurately record "as constructed" data
- Maintain solid adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards

What you'll bring:

- Certificate III in Civil Construction and/or 5-10 years' recent industry experience with experience in working with asphalt, concrete and formwork including pipe laying.
- Traffic Management Accreditation (RIIWHS205E - Control Traffic with Stop/Slow Bat and RIIWHS302E - Implement Traffic Management Plans)
- White Card (Construction Induction)




- Solid experience operating small plant and equipment for road maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use initiative
- Good literacy, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
- Full-Time, 76 hours fortnight.
