Luv-a-Duck is looking for an IBP Co-ordinator to join our Commercial team, either at our Port Melbourne or Ballarat site.

n

Reporting to the Integrated Business Planning Lead, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Production to make sure our demand forecasts, production requirements and stock levels are aligned.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with data, understanding what is driving the numbers and working with different areas of the business to improve planning and decision-making.

What you'll be doing

n

- Preparing and maintaining demand forecasts.
n
- Working with Sales, Marketing and Production through the monthly planning process.
n
- Translating demand forecasts into production and stock requirements.
n
- Completing fresh MRP planning and identifying potential stock risks.
n
- Planning for promotions, seasonal demand, recent products and changing customer requirements.
n
- Monitoring forecast accuracy and investigating significant variances.
n
- Maintaining accurate planning and forecasting data.
n
- Preparing demand, inventory and production reporting.
n
- Identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring they are communicated to the relevant teams.

- Supporting improvements to our planning processes and systems.

What we're looking for

n

- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain or a similar role.
n
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
n
- Experience working with forecasting, demand planning or ERP systems.
n
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
n
- The ability to analyse information and identify trends and variances.
n
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work across different areas of the business.
n
- The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
n
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing would be highly regarded. Experience with Netstock, NetSuite or Workday would also be an advantage.
