The Role

You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio, with systems and support in place to allow you to focus on delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential rental portfolio
n
- Conducting routine inspections and condition reports
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
n
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
n
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters
n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures
n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.

n

You will ideally have:

n

- Previous experience in Property Management
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Strong time management and organisational ability
n
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
