n We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Governance professional to join a leading Home Care organisation on an initial 6-week contract, with the potential for extension.

The Opportunity

- Contract: Initial 6 weeks, with potential to extend
n
- Hours: Full-time
n
- Start: Ideally onboarded by 23 September
n
- Reporting to: Executive - Home Care
n
- Working closely with: Home Care leadership team
n

n

About the Role

n

You will work closely with senior Home Care leaders to provide clinical governance oversight and support strong clinical and quality outcomes across home care services.
n Key areas will include:

n

- Clinical governance and oversight
n
- Supporting quality and compliance frameworks
n
- Working collaboratively with Home Care leadership
n
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance
n
- Supporting risk management and continuous improvement
n
- Contributing to robust clinical and consumer outcomes
n
- Assisting leadership with clinical decision-making and governance matters
n

n

About You

n

We are looking for someone who has:

n

n




- Registered Nurse background or current AHPRA registration
n
- Strong clinical governance leadership experience, at least 3 years
n
- Experience working within Home Care, Aged Care, Healthcare or a related environment
n
- Strong understanding of clinical risk, compliance and quality
n
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to step into a senior role and contribute from day one
n

Mandatory Requirement

- NDIS Clearance required
n
- Candidates awaiting clearance may be considered if they can provide:n n
- Evidence that their NDIS clearance application has been submitted
n
- Signed statutory declaration
n
