Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Tradeorigins Pty Ltd (Trading as NQR). As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in our fulltime freight and distribution operations, based in Truganina VIC 3029. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing Warehousing, Storage & Distribution business within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

n

- Safely operating heavy vehicles to transport goods and materials to various destinations
n
- Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
n
- Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
n
- Maintaining accurate logbooks and trip records
n
- Assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles as required
n
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any delivery issues promptly
n
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial Truck Driver, preferably in a distribution or logistics setting
n
- A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
n
- Strong knowledge of road rules and safe driving practices
n




- Experience with operating a variety of truck and trailer configurations
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment
n
- Must have appropriate Australian work rights to work in Australia
