Our Egg Production business based in the Stroud area, requires an enthusiastic Farm Hand to join our team.
n
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
n
n
- Maintaining water and feed system functionality
n
- Optimising animal welfare
n
- Collection and packing of eggs
n
- Reporting injured birds
n
- Reporting damaged or malfunctioning machinery
n
- General daily record documentation
n
- General cleaning and hygiene maintenance duties as required
n
n
To be successful in this position you must:
n
n
- Be honest and reliable
n
- Have a drivers licence and access to your own reliable transportation
n
- Hold a provisional licence as the minimum driver's licence requirement
n
- Have a solid worth ethic
n
- Be happy to get your hands dirty
n
- Be available to work alternate weekends and public holidays
n
- Possess some farm experience which would be preferred for this role
n
- Have legal working rights in Australia
n
n
IMPORTANT: Due to bio security reasons candidates are not permitted to have any form of poultry and/or birds at home.
n
On farm accommodation can be available for the right candidate.
