About the Role

n

We're looking for someone who combines strong project leadership with highly efficient, hands-on Revit capability and the technical knowledge to confidently lead projects through design, documentation and delivery.

n

You'll work closely with our Project Directors, leading project teams, coordinating consultants and clients, managing documentation and helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead and coordinate architectural projects from design through documentation and delivery
n
- Plan and manage project teams, resources, timelines and deliverables
n
- Work closely with the Project Director to establish project briefs, programs and resourcing requirements
n
- Provide day-to-day leadership and technical direction to architects, graduates and designers
n
- Take an active, hands-on role in Revit and project documentation, ensuring documentation is accurate, coordinated and delivered efficiently
n




- Coordinate external consultants across structural, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines
n
- Manage client communication and maintain solid working relationships throughout the project
n
- Review documentation and maintain quality assurance standards
n
- Monitor project progress, budgets, variations and key milestones
n
- Identify and resolve technical, coordination and project delivery issues
n
- Mentor and support junior team members while creating a team-oriented and productive project environment.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Highly efficient and proficient Revit skills - essential
n
- Strong BIM, technical detailing and documentation capability
n
- Demonstrated experience leading architectural projects and project teams
n
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, building codes and planning requirements
n
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and complex documentation packages
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and project resources effectively
n
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues before they impact delivery
n
- Confident communication skills and experience working directly with clients and consultants
n
- Experience in contract documentation, tender and construction stages will be highly regarded
n
- Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it)
n
- Must have permanent working rights in Australia.
