As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced risk professional to join the management team. This is a broad consulting role offering variety across client engagements, with responsibility for leading projects, developing client relationships and supporting the growth and development of the wider team.

You will scope, plan and deliver a range of assurance and advisory engagements, working closely with clients to understand their challenges and provide practical, high-quality outcomes. You will engage directly with executive and senior stakeholders and use your risk expertise, critical thinking and commercial judgement to navigate complex client issues.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the scoping, planning, execution and delivery of assurance and advisory engagements and projects.

- Building trusted client relationships and engaging confidently with executive and senior stakeholders.

- Applying strong problem-solving, critical thinking and strategic judgement to complex client challenges.
n




- Coaching and mentoring team members and supporting their ongoing development.
n
- Contributing to business development, thought leadership and broader industry engagement.
n
- Supporting a collaborative, respectful and high-performing team culture.

We are seeking candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience and a robust background across risk management, internal audit, major change and/or transformation. Consulting experience and/or experience managing and developing team members will be highly regarded.

You will bring a solid understanding of governance, risk and controls, together with excellent stakeholder engagement, presentation, workshop facilitation and report writing skills. You will be comfortable operating in fast-paced client environments, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with senior and executive stakeholders.
