Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate subcontractor trucks across multiple jobs
n
- Deliver professional service to customers, contractors, and internal teams
n
- Support compliance with NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (COR) regulations
n




- Use internal systems to manage scheduling and documentation
n
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new contractors
n

About You

n

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have experience in fleet allocation or scheduling (transport, civil, or earthmoving preferred)
n
- Understand fatigue management (highly regarded)
n
- Work collaboratively across teams
n
- Have excellent communication skills and leadership potential
n
- Have agood work ethic and effective time management in an environment that has competing priorities
n
- Are flexible with your work times e.g.6 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm, 7 am to 4 pm - with availability for monthly Saturday morning work (paid in addition to your salary)
