We are seeking an experienced Facade Construction Manager to oversee site operations, programme delivery, safety, quality, subcontractor coordination, and client management for high-profile commercial façade projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all construction projects across states
n
- Manage façade installation and site operations
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and builders
n
- Monitor programme, quality, and safety compliance
n
- Lead site teams and drive project outcomes
n
- Attend site meetings and manage stakeholder communication
n
- Resolve construction and installation issues proactively
n
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
n

What We're Looking For

n

- Experience in façade, curtain wall, or aluminium window construction
n
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes
n
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams
n
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
n
- Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders preferred
