6-Week Contract | Potential Extension | Full-Time | $147,500 + Super
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Governance professional to join a leading Home Care organisation on an initial 6-week contract, with the potential for extension.

The Opportunity

- Contract: Initial 6 weeks, with potential to extend
- Hours: Full-time
- Start: Ideally onboarded by 23 September
- Reporting to: Executive - Home Care
- Working closely with: Home Care leadership team

About the Role

You will work closely with senior Home Care leaders to provide clinical governance oversight and support strong clinical and quality outcomes across home care services.
Key areas will include:

- Clinical governance and oversight
- Supporting quality and compliance frameworks
- Working collaboratively with Home Care leadership
- Providing clinical expertise and guidance
- Supporting risk management and continuous improvement
- Contributing to strong clinical and consumer outcomes
- Assisting leadership with clinical decision-making and governance matters

About You

We are looking for someone who has:





- Registered Nurse background or current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical governance leadership experience, at least 3 years
- Experience working within Home Care, Aged Care, Healthcare or a related setting
- Strong understanding of clinical risk, compliance and quality
- Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to step into a senior role and contribute from day one

Mandatory Requirement

- NDIS Clearance required
- Candidates awaiting clearance may be considered if they can provide:
- Evidence that their NDIS clearance application has been submitted
- Signed statutory declaration
