Casual pay rates are listed below :

- Day shift - $44.16

- Afternoon shift - $49.54
n
- Night shift - $50.44

If you know your way around a production floor, can operate a forklift and aren't afraid of a physical day's work, we want to hear from you.

We're building a strong production team for a busy manufacturing operation and have opportunities available for both casual and permanent Production Operators.

n

The site currently runs 24/5 and is expanding to 24/7 operations from November which means more shifts, more opportunities and the chance to get on board as the operation grows.

What will you actually be doing?

n

This isn't a job where every day is spent standing in one spot.

n

n
- Operating production and manufacturing equipment
n
- Using a forklift to move materials and finished product
n
- Loading, unloading and moving stock around the site
n




- Manual handling and physical production work
n
- Monitoring production and keeping things moving
n
- Completing basic quality checks
n
- Keeping your work area clean and protected
n
- Working with your crew to hit production targets
n

Who are we looking for?

n

We're looking for people who are reliable, physically fit and ready to work.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Forklift experience/capability - current forklift licence highly regarded
n
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
n
- Experience in warehousing, processing, logistics or another industrial environment will also be considered
n
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive/manual tasks
n
- A strong safety focus
n
- Flexibility to work shift work
n
- A good attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Most importantly, you turn up when you say you will.
n

About the roster

n

The operation currently runs 24 hours a day, Monday to Friday (24/5) and will move to 24/7 production from November.

n

You'll need to be comfortable working in an around-the-clock manufacturing environment and have flexibility around shift work.

n

If you're looking for strictly Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 work, this probably isn't the role for you.

n

But if you're comfortable with shift work and looking for an opportunity with a growing operation, we'd like to talk to you.
