H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We offer ongoing, stable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the chance to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant. You'll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.

Experience supporting participants with complex care needs
Confident with personal care, manual handling, and medication assistance
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care

Essential Requirements:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid & CPR
Working With Children Check
Full Driver's License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
