About You

You’re a skilled property manager with a solid background in commercial and retail assets. You take pride in delivering outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and contractors,



and you’re comfortable managing a diverse and active portfolio.

What You’ll Need
3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or retail property management
Current WA Property Management License
Reliable transport for property inspections and site visits
Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
Working knowledge of facilities management and property compliance
Experience using CIRRUS8 (Desirable)

Key Responsibilities
Managing rent arrears and financial reporting
Overseeing repairs and maintenance, and negotiating service contracts
Conducting property inspections and ensuring compliance
Handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and vacancy coordination
Liaising effectively with owners, tenants, and contractors
Preparing reconciliations and audit-ready documentation
