The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Service Manager to support two Senior Advisers and an Associate Adviser.

This is a highly client-focused role where you will manage day-to-day client relationships while mentoring the junior Client Service Managers within the team.

Your responsibilities will include
Acting as the key point of contact for clients
Managing ongoing client queries and requests
Coordinating advice implementation
Following up client documentation
Managing workflow across the offshore support team




Ensuring work is completed accurately and on time
Preparing for client meetings and reviews
Mentoring junior Client Service Managers

About You:
Strong experience within Financial Planning, Advice or Wealth Management
Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
Confident managing offshore workflows
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organised with robust attention to detail
Xplan experience is highly regarded
