Dental Precinct is seeking a energetic, highly organised and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at our practice located in Bushland Beach, Townsville.

About the Role

As a key member of our dental practice, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth operation of our clinic.

Your responsibilities will include
Chairside assistance during general and other dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and cleaning between patients
Instrument sterilisation and infection control according to strict infection control protocols
Maintaining and restocking dental supplies
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation
Providing a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients
Assisting with reception and administrative duties when required

About You We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant




Has a sound understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
Communicates confidently with patients and colleagues
Is organised, dependable and attentive to detail
Enjoys working in a cooperative team environment
Holds a Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable but not essential)
