Compare Club is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our NSW team as the on-the-ground People & Culture contact for the state. You’ll work closely with our Melbourne-based People Operations Manager to keep records accurate, support onboarding/offboarding and manage visa queries.
You’ll also assist with WHS coordination, workers' comp, local events and office logistics, helping to create a supportive, effective workplace for local staff.
