Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of dishes while ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
Develop and refine menu offerings by incorporating creativity and industry trends.
Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cost efficiency.
Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in compliance with regulations.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
Monitor and enforce portion control and waste reduction practices.
Ensure timely and efficient food service while maintaining high culinary standards.
Collaborate with management to plan special menus, seasonal dishes, and catering services.

Job Requirements:




Minimum Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or Commercial Cookery.
At least 1 year of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.
Solid leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
