The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused CNC Operator / Production Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Keyneton.

n

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this hands-on role plays an important part in ensuring our production runs smoothly, efficiently,



and to a high standard of quality. This position suits someone who takes pride in their work, follows processes accurately, and enjoys being part of a cohesive production team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Load files, monitor production runs, and conduct quality checks
n
- Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules
n
- Troubleshoot minor machinery or process alerts and errors
n
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the workday
n
- Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day production tasks as required
n
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised work environment
n

The Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Previous experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing, cabinet making, or joinery environment (preferred but not essential)
n
- Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
n
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
n
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to full-time work
n
- Able to work well as part of a small, supportive team
n

Additional Requirements

n

Successful candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and provide a police clearance. Applicants should reside in, or near, Kyneton.
