Berwick Springs Hotel is looking for enthusiastic Gaming & TAB Attendants to join our team!

We're looking for reliable, customer-focused team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality workplace and take pride in creating a great experience for our guests.

n

This role operates across a 7-day rotating roster, so flexibility to work a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts is essential.

What you'll be doing:

n

- Delivering friendly and exceptional customer service to our guests
n
- Carrying out Gaming and TAB duties efficiently and professionally
n
- Practising Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Gambling in accordance with relevant legislation
n
- Accurately handling cash transactions, reconciliations and daily balancing
n
- Helping maintain a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our customers
n




- Working closely with the wider venue team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
n

About you:

n

n
- Previous hospitality, gaming or TAB experience is advantageous, but not essential
n
- Current RSA and RSG are required
n
- Gaming and TAB experience/knowledge will be highly regarded
n
- Confident with cash handling and attention to detail
n
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable engaging with customers
n
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and overnight shifts
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
n
