About the role

n

This is a part-time role with the flexibility to grow into full-time, based across our Mernda and Reservoir clinics and including home visits and community-based care. You'll manage a varied caseload and play a real part in our growth — with hands-on mentoring and the freedom to develop your skills.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy
n
- Conducting home visits and community-based care
n
- Managing a mixed caseload (NDIS, musculoskeletal, general practice and more)
n
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans
n
- Keeping accurate,



timely clinical documentation
n
- Communicating effectively with clients, families and stakeholders
n
- Contributing to clinic growth and quality-improvement initiatives
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- AHPRA registration (current and unrestricted)
n
- Confidence with home visits and community physiotherapy
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for travel between Mernda, Reservoir and surrounding areas)
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n

n

Nice to have (not essential)

- Experience with NDIS clients
n
- Musculoskeletal and/or community physiotherapy experience
n
- Experience in home-care settings
n
