An NDIS client is looking for a mature female support worker aged 35 years and above.

n

The staff must be dedicated and committed as no one else to cover a shift if cancelled.

n

Shifts are 3-4 hours during the week after 4 PM as the client is studying and 4 hours on Weekends any time. Staff need to be adaptable as client's schedule keep on changing.

n

This position is for community access and assist with personal care activities.

n

Immediate start

n

The staff must have more than 1 year of experience. Be professional, respectful and good in communication skills.

Application Criteria

- A task master. Someone extremely organized.
n
- Great computer skills-Need to support client with documentation.




n
- Can prioritize urgency between tasks. Won't get sidetracked and will be comfortable overriding client's instructions or disagree with her version of priorities. Be firm with the client.
n
- One or more years of experience.
n
- Mature Female staff 35 years and above.
n
- Valid Driving License with a reliable car
n
- Working with children check
n
- NDIS Screening Check
n
- Required certification- Aged care or Disability care
n
- NDIS modules
n
- Lovely, patient, interesting, able to hold a conversation.
