Key responsibilities

n

Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations, including general radiography, and specialised imaging procedures

n

Ensure patient safety and comfort whilst conducting imaging studies, following strict safety protocols and radiation protection standards

n

Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, including digital imaging systems and associated technology

n

Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining procedures clearly and addressing any concerns or questions

n

Maintain accurate and comprehensive radiographic records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

n

Collaborate with radiologists, physicians and other clinical staff to ensure diagnostic quality and optimal patient outcomes

n





Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance protocols to maintain high imaging standards

n

Adhere to infection control, health and safety procedures, and relevant legislation

n

Contribute to a professional and supportive team environment

n

What we're looking for

n

Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent qualification.

n

AHPRA Registration

n

VIC Radiation License.

n

Proven experience in radiography, particularly in General X-Ray and CT Imaging.
