Salary: Depending on age and experience (Includes one day a week at School)

Salary: Above Award Salary (Bronze – Silver – Gold)

RDO:13 days per year

Every quarter the entire Ultimate Outdoor Lifestyle Group meet with the business owner who provides a thorough run down of the projects that the group are working on. A number of awards are handed out to recognise staff efforts at this meeting.

The Role:

n

Currently Enrolled or recently completed Cert III in Landscape Construction

n

You need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills

n

You'll have a genuine passion for the Landscaping Profession

n

Strong horticulture knowledge is a bonus

n

The ability to learn and strive in Landscape Construction.

n

You will come with a can do attitude

n

Assist other Academy of Apprentices

n

Ensuring on-site safety and a clean and professional work place

n

At times, working with the Ultimate Swimming Pool and Aqua Lagoon pools business in pushing the perfection of the landscape surrounding the pool build

n

Great attention to detail

n

Ability to work effectively within a team
