About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at mad fresh based in Chermside, QLD 4032. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our business, as you will be responsible for generating revenue through client acquisition, relationship management, and the promotion of our products and services. As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of mad fresh, working to identify new business opportunities, build solid client partnerships, and contribute directly to the achievement of our sales targets and overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the client base
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits tailored to their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and company standards
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product or service improvements




- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis
- Provide regular feedback and insights to management regarding market conditions and client requirements

- Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within a similar industry or fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence clients

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively as part of a team

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Willingness to travel locally as required for client meetings and business development
- A relevant qualification or certification in sales or business is advantageous but not essential if you have strong practical experience
