About the role:

We are a leading promotional products supplying company, seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team. Work fast, fun and creative to find new B2B clients and develop existing clients. You will be provided the tools to help excel and exceed in your position.

Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow the existing business client portfolio
Establish recent business clients
Work through existing leads and provide quotes on web enquiries
Follow up quotes and potential customers
Undertake customer needs and recommend suitable promotional products
Help source and design promotional merchandise
Liaise with domestic and international suppliers and printing companies for timely deliveries
Coordinate with support team for smooth workflow

About you:
Working experience on Xebra software is highly preferred




Account relationship management skills
A genuinely consultative sales approach with B2B exposure
Excellent oral and written communication skills
An ability to develop and retain solid business relationships
Understand marketing and have a promotional mindset
Ability to handle deadlines and manage client expectations
A growth orientated mindset, driven by performance
Ability to work individually, and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Advantages:
Permanent full-time role (Mon – Fri)
Part time is also available for 4 days/week if suits.
