Position: Events Sales Coordinator
n Location: Head Office, Flinders Street, Melbourne
n Working Hours: Monday to Friday

As an Events Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring seamless coordination for our clients' functions and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service through telephone and email sales interactions.
n
- Manage existing client relationships while cultivating new accounts.
n
- Promote our services and products, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

- Respond promptly and efficiently to phone and email inquiries.
n
- Maintain accurate database and file management.
n
- Demonstrate attention to detail and effective communication with clients and team members.
n

Requirements

n

- Experience in events, functions, and hospitality beneficial.
n
- Demonstrated proficiency in phone sales within the functions sector.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with booking systems is advantageous.
n
- A degree in Tourism is advantageous.
n
- Exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
n
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure workplace, especially during peak seasons.
