FSM has grown exponentially over the last few years to the point where we now operate in five states, provide technical service, via our sub-contract service network and sales support Australia-wide. Head office is located at Laverton North Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Assemble stainless steel products using hand, air, and power tools
n
- Receive, unpack, label, and dispatch goods accurately
n




- Wrapping and packing finished products
n
- Getting materials ready for assembly
n
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, ladders)
n
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
n
- Follow established manufacturing processes
n
- Identify materials needed and support purchasing
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
- High attention to detail and a strong safety focus
n
- Ability to follow clear instructions (written and verbal)
n
- A team player who can also work independently
n
- Experience with hand and power tools
n
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
n
- Any welding experience should be highlighted but is not essential
n
