From bank reconciliations and accounts payable to financial administration and reporting support, you'll be an important part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll provide operational finance support across a broad range of activities, including:

- Daily bank reconciliations and financial processing
- Supporting month-end finance activities
- Assisting with accounts payable, supplier maintenance and payment runs
- Processing procurement card transactions and credit notes
- Supporting GST, FBT and other taxation-related reporting
- Providing backup support for Accounts Payable and assisting across the wider Finance team as needed

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in finance administration, accounts payable, bookkeeping or similar roles




- A sound understanding of accounting and finance principles
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Great communication and customer service skills
- The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

Salary information: $71,667.44 to $75,515.44 per annum plus superannuation
