Villa Bambini is a three-time Exceeding-rated Early Learning Centre, located within a beautiful heritage listed fire station in Essendon.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we create thoughtful and engaging learning environments that encourage children to explore, discover, challenge themselves and celebrate their individual learning journeys.

We are currently seeking Diploma Qualified Educators to join our passionate and supportive team.

We would love to hear from educators who demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, we are looking for educators who are genuinely passionate about building meaningful relationships with children and creating experiences that support their learning, development and wellbeing.

What you would be doing:

- Developing and implementing the educational programs and achieving quality learning outcomes,

- Using a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing etc.) to enhance individual children’s abilities,

- Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy,



productive and effective learning environment,

- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, carers and other team members,

- Keeping records of children’s progress, routines and interests,

- Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes and practices.

Candidate Requirements:

- CurrentWorkingwithChildren’s Check,

- CurrentFirstAid,Anaphylaxis,CPRandAsthmacertificates,

- 2years’ experienceworkingwithinanearlychildhoodsetting (recommended),

- Abilitytofollowandgivedirection,

- Proven experience in a similar role,

- Passion, enthusiasm and a robust commitment to high quality care.

- NationalQualityFramework(NQF),

- EarlyYearsLearningFramework(EYLF),

- ChildProtection & Safe Standards Training,
