Moretto Group is a leading property remediation and insurance restoration company, and we're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team on a casual basis, approximately 5 hours per day.

About the Role

- Triaging new claims and setting them up accurately across our internal platforms
n
- Liaising with customers and clients, providing timely updates throughout the claims process
n
- Scheduling technicians for the following day's jobs, ensuring efficient allocation of work
n
- Reviewing completed reports for accuracy, correcting typos and formatting issues before they go out

About You

n

- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written communication
n
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting daily deadlines
n
- Confident on the phone and via email, with great customer service skills
n
- Prior experience in claims, insurance, administration, or a similar coordination role is highly regarded (but not essential)
n
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems and software
n
