We are seeking Supervisor for various project across Victoria and NSW

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
n
- Management of site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
n
- Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities
n
- Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting
n
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications and project requirements
n
- Champion compliance with ACE's HSE requirements to promote a solid safety culture
n

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
n
- Working within a structured project team
n
- Supervisor/Leading hand experience
n
- An absolute focus on safe working methods
n
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
n
- Holds a White card
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure and building with current technologies with focus on
n
- Utility works – water, sewer, stormwater, electrical underground installations and trench works
n
- Earthworks & earthmoving equipment (preference to have few tickets)
n
- Pavement construction
