Skills & Experience

n

We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

n

n
- Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management or a similar role
n
- Experience using MYOB or another ERP system is highly desirable
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Strong organisational and time management skills
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
n
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n
- Mandarin language skills are preferred due to regular communication with the China office and suppliers
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Accurately process stock receipts and FOB supplier invoices in MYOB
n
- Assist with purchase order planning and inventory coordination
n




- Maintain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in MYOB
n
- Support order tracking, supplier follow-up and inventory updates
n
- Liaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
n
- Provide general supply chain and administrative support across the business
n
- Assist with other supply chain and operational activities as required
n
