About the Role

n

We are seeking a qualified and endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team. Reporting to the Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care to our residents, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and quality of life.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans, policies, and procedures
n
- Administer medications, including IV therapies, in line with endorsement and scope of practice
n
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in residents' clinical conditions
n
- Support the Registered Nurse in care planning, documentation, and clinical decision-making
n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
n
- Promote a safe environment, adhering to infection control and WHS standards
n
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and dignity-focused care
n
- Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n

About You

n

n
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
n
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting
n
- Strong clinical assessment and care delivery skills
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Commitment to resident-centred care and continuous improvement
n
- Sound knowledge of infection control and aged care standards
n

Compliance Requirements

- NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
n
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence
n
