Westernport Roadlines provides bus transportation services to a large customer base across Melbourne's outer south-eastern suburbs and into the Gippsland region. Our services include school bus operations, rail replacement services, and charter work.

About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating staff and vehicle utilisation
- Managing customer enquiries and day-to-day operations




- Supporting HSE compliance

- Coordinating off-site vehicles attending site for routine servicing or maintenance
- Ensuring operational and compliance requirements are met at all times.

This is a full-time position , generally worked Monday to Friday for eight hours per day. Some flexibility may be required from time to time, and you will also be part of a rotating on-call roster .

The role is based at our Koo Wee Rup depot , working closely with members of our operations team across the wider network.
