About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, creative and relationship-driven person who loves connecting with people, building partnerships and spotting opportunities before anyone else does. You'll play a genuinely important role in growing awareness of Ocean Kids Health, strengthening our professional and community relationships, and building out our marketing presence. You'll split your time between the community and our clinics, building real relationships with Allied Health professionals, sporting clubs and local organisations, while also driving our digital marketing and social media content alongside our marketing and web design agency.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Allied Health practices, health professionals and community organisations through regular engagement and visits.
- Develop partnerships and referral pathways with sporting clubs, schools and community groups — including collaboration, education and local initiatives.
- Grow awareness and strengthen Ocean Kids Health's brand presence through targeted marketing, community initiatives and events.
- Identify and drive new growth opportunities across referral and marketing channels, bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content using tools like Canva and Planoly, working closely with our digital marketing and web design agency.

About you

- Qualifications or experience in marketing, community engagement, relationship management or similar
- Demonstrated experience planning, creating and delivering social media content
- Confidence using Canva and social media platforms




- Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- The confidence to approach businesses, health professionals and community organisations
- A creative, positive, solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to work independently, take initiative and juggle multiple priorities
- Experience in Allied Health, healthcare, sport, education or a child-focused environment is highly regarded but not essential
