About the Role

n

This role will see you providing administrative and clerical support and assisting in the overall organisation and operation of the Case Management area. In particular you will:

n

- Schedule all Case Management Review Committee (CMRC) meetings on Gateway as advised by the Case Management Coordinators/Unit Managers and Act as Minutes Secretary for Case Management Review Committee meetings.
n
- Assist with the prisoner induction and reception programs for sentenced and remand prisoners.
n
- Assist staff with prisoner classification issues as directed by the Correctional Manager/Case Management Coordinators.
n
- Enter CMRCs for Induction and Reviews into the Prisoner Information Management System (PIMS).
n
- Enter ratings and reclassification applications into the PIMS system as requested.
n
- Generate escort list to check new receptions and returns and distribute to the relevant staff within the Centre.
n
- Prepare prisoner files from Gateway for outgoing escort and release.
n




- Maintain a statistical database relevant to the position and provide to required parties.
n
- Attend relevant meetings as required.
n

About Your Skills and Experience

n

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration functions, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have high level organisation, coordination, and time management skills.
