Junior Business Analyst / Software Implementation Consultant

The Company

My client is a provider of investment administration, unit pricing and regulatory software to the life, pensions and investments markets. They have a global client base and a long track record of fostering a culture of innovation, automation and adopting the latest technology trends. The Role

This role will see you provide product and implementation support to clients across EMEA, Australia and the United States. You will engage with senior business leaders to understand their needs, configure solutions and assist with the addition of new product features specific to each organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Analyse customers’ business processes and challenges.
- Work with the development team to design and add recent product features.
- Write automated software tests.




- Support clients through their testing, “go live” and in production stages.
- Respond to queries and change requests from clients via the web-based support portal.

The Candidate

This role will suit motivated and enthusiastic candidates with a blend of technical and soft skills. Ideally you will also have/be:

- 1+ years’ experience in financial services sectors (superannuation, investment management, custody). This is flexible for the right candidate.
- Strong SQL and/or high-level Excel skills.
- Analytical and numerate with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, dependable and with a strong work ethic.
- Articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken and excellent written English.
