An exciting opportunity is available for a part-time Pharmacy Student atNorthern Private Hospital.

The Pharmacy Student supports the Pharmacy team in providing safe, efficient and customer-focused pharmacy services while gaining valuable practical experience and developing professional pharmacy skills under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist.

About the Role

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Assist pharmacists and pharmacy staff with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
n
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
n
- Assist with dispensing activities under the supervision and direction of a pharmacist.
n
- Support the preparation, packaging and labelling of medications as directed.
n
- Assist customers with general enquiries and refer clinical or medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
n
- Maintain accurate and organised pharmacy records and documentation.
n
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, checking, rotating and replenishing stock
n

About You

n

n
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Pharmacy (only 2nd or 3rd year students)
n
- Experience working in a retail pharmacy is essential
n
- Availability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
n
- Demonstrated interest in developing a career in pharmacy.
n
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Professional,



reliable and responsible approach to work.
n
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate professional conduct.
n
- Willingness to learn and take direction from qualified pharmacy staff.
