Senior Technical Field Engineer | Sydney, NSW

Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues onsite and working directly with customers? We're looking for a Senior Technical Field Engineer to join our team and support large, enterprise-level client environments across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Deliver onsite support for hardware, software, server, and storage infrastructure
n
- Perform break-fix repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
n
- Manage service incidents from initiation through resolution
n
- Install, configure, and maintain customer IT environments
n
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced tools and methodologies
n
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to fellow engineers
n
- Identify recurring issues and drive service improvement initiatives
n
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
n
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support,



or a similar technical role
n
- Strong experience with hardware maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting
n
- Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in customer-facing environments
n
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team
n
- Solid communication and customer service skills
n
- Technical certifications or an Associate Degree are highly regarded
n

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

- Active Australian Security Clearance (Baseline or NV1)
n
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
n
