The incredible opportunity

n

Step into a hands-on, part-time (0.5 FTE) role driving our daily fulfillment, shipping logistics, inventory control, and procurement workflows for our Edge Solutions division. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Finance team, you will be the operational engine getting our satellite hardware picked, packed, and dispatched seamlessly to customers globally.

Stuff we'll trust you to do

n

n
- Own the daily dispatch of sales orders: picking, packing, recording hardware serial numbers, and prepping shipments for global delivery.
n
- Coordinate domestic and international freight forwarders, audit customs documentation, generate commercial invoices, and eliminate transit bottlenecks.
n
- Actively manage inventory levels, conduct physical stocktakes, update our inventory management software, and investigate stock discrepancies.
n
- Relentlessly track vendor lead times and inbound deliveries to ensure production and fulfillment lines stay on schedule.
n
- Secure supplier quotes, generate purchase orders (POs), assist with vendor onboarding,



and ensure 100% compliance with corporate NDAs and Incoterms.

- Maintain weekly fulfillment trackers, stock reports, and supplier performance metrics.
n

What we'll like about you

n

n
- Hands-on experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, dispatch logistics, inventory control, or supply chain administration is essential.
n
- Proven background working with freight forwarders, checking shipping manifests, handling international documentation, and tracking hardware serial numbers.
n
- Confidence collaborating with internal teams to track orders, payments, and inventory status.
n
- Solid competency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to organise inventory data and manage basic formulas cleanly.
n
- Meticulous attention to detail when auditing order accuracy, paired with a proactive, "get-it-done" mindset.
