Job Description

We're looking for a Quality Manager to drive transformation across a critical energy infrastructure operation.

This isn't a box-ticking QA role. You'll own quality strategy, lead Lean and Six Sigma transformation, champion customer-focused improvement, and build quality capability across a complex, multi-country environment.

You'll report functionally to the Hub Quality & CI Manager and administratively to the Local Operations Manager—dual reporting that gives you real strategic influence with operational speed, not committee approval on every call.

What we're looking for:

- 7+ years quality leadership (management, project quality, continuous improvement)
n
- Background in power, grid, transformers, or high-voltage sectors
n




- Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
n
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead transformation
n
- Quality strategy across the local operating unit
n
- Project quality and audit readiness
n
- Team coaching and capability building
n
- Customer-focused culture change
n
