About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team.
n You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling bookings, tracking deliveries, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
n




- Book and track transport and warehouse jobs
n
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery performance
n
- Provide updates and proactive communication to customers
n
- Handle paperwork, PODs, and data entry in transport management systems
n
- Assist with resolving delivery or service issues quickly and professionally
n

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing (preferred)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
n
- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset
