Key responsibilities

- Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and visual needs
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience
- Managing reception duties including answering calls and booking appointments
- Performing spectacle adjustments, fittings and minor repairs
- Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients

About you

- Must have previous experience in optical dispensing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A passion for helping patients look and see their best
- A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive setting
- A willingness to continue developing dispensing knowledge and skills
