As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the venue, a hands-on management position suited to someone with strong leadership skills, solid industry experience and a valuable understanding of all aspects of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

- Managing and leading hospitality staff
n
- Bar and restaurant operations
n
- Gaming operations including Pokies, Keno and TAB
n
- Ensuring responsible service and compliance requirements are met
n
- Rostering and staff management
n
- Stock control and ordering
n
- Maintaining venue presentation and standards
n
- Working with the team to deliver a high level of customer service
n
- Assisting across the venue when required
n

About you

n

n




- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel, pub or licensed venue
n
- Current RMLV, RSA and RSG – essential
n
- Proven experience with Pokies, Keno and TAB – essential
n
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Good understanding of licensed venue operations
n
- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
n
- Reliable, professional and well organised
n
